[Maintenance Construction Case] New Toilet Installation

The structure inside the restroom was built with lightweight steel frames, creating a foundation for construction! This is a case where a washbasin area was also secured.

We would like to introduce a case where a customer requested to convert the current restroom into a women's restroom and create a separate men's restroom. First, we investigated whether it was feasible to install a restroom in this location, including checking the drainage pipe installation up to the septic tank and the possibility of installing a water supply pipe. The structure inside the restroom was constructed using lightweight steel frames. Additionally, the western-style toilet area was designed as a complete private room rather than using panels. We discussed and decided on each element, such as the exterior walls and interior finishes, while reviewing samples with the customer.
